
Safety Card Replacement Procedure

1. Report your lost card to any police station and obtain a 'Lost Report'. 2. Report the loss of your safety card to the Tsuen Wan Labour Department and obtain a 'Confirmation Letter' (do not forget to carry your identity document). 3. Come back to any of our taining cenres and obtain a replacement card (Fee HK$80). Tsuen Wan Labour Department Address :13/F, City Landmark Phase II, 68 Chung On Street, Tsuen Wan.

Other Cards and Certificates Replacement Procedure

Damage Card Replacement Procedure

Come back to any of our taining cenres with your damaged card and obtain a replacement card (Fee HK$50).
