Safety Card Replacement Procedure

- Report your lost card to any police station and obtain a 'Lost Report'.
- Come back to any of our taining cenres (on working days betwee 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.) and after validating your record with 'Labour Department', our staff will issue a replacement card (Fee HK$100).

Other Cards and Certificates Replacement Procedure

Damage Card Replacement Procedure

Come back to any of our taining cenres with your damaged card and obtain a replacement card (Fee HK$100).
